4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Hygiene Requirement: Because our products are designed for direct skin contact, they must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a return.

Exclusions: For health and hygiene reasons, any product that has been opened, applied, or shows signs of use will not be accepted for a refund.

5. Warranty and Compliance

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by French Law, but comply with standard UK consumer protection guidelines for cross-border e-commerce. In the event of a dispute, and if an amicable solution cannot be found, the courts of Marseille, France shall have jurisdiction.
